Sweet Malice is inspired by foxglove, which can slow a failing heart or stop a healthy one entirely. For centuries doctors used it without always knowing which dose did which.

It feels like writing love letters to a version of someone who never truly existed.

Romantic, wistful and bittersweet, it explores the stories we tell ourselves about the people we choose to worship.

Product Overview

The Eloise Dress features a high empire waist, square neckline, and dramatic puff sleeves that fall to the mid-bicep, each finished with black lace trim.

Made from 100% cotton with a fully lined bodice, the Eloise fastens with an invisible zip at the centre back. The high empire waist creates a graceful silhouette. Equally beautiful worn on its own or paired with one of our corsets.

Thoughtfully constructed with enclosed French seams and satin-bound seams for a polished finish inside and out.

Lace Trims

Please note: the Eloise Dress now has black lace trim on the sleeves as standard. Some photos still show it without lace while updated imagery is in progress. You can see the dress with the lace on Instagram.

Care Instructions

Turn the garment inside out before washing. Machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle using a mild detergent, then allow to air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

Lengths (measured shoulder to finished hem)
Midi: 44" (112 cm). Custom lengths 39–48"
Maxi: 54" (137 cm). Custom lengths 49–58"

Standard lengths are based on a 5'6" frame. To find your length, measure from the top of your shoulder, where a bra strap sits, straight down the front to where you'd like the hem to fall.

For a custom length, choose the Midi or Maxi range your measurement falls into, then add your exact shoulder-to-hem measurement in the order note in your cart before checking out. If no note is added, your dress will be made in the standard length.
