Shipping policy
We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and the EU.
How long will my order take?
Most Rose Thorns pieces are made by hand after you order, so please allow time for your piece to be made before it is posted.
- Made to order and collection pieces: made and dispatched within 4 to 6 weeks of your order.
- Pre-order pieces: made and dispatched within 6 to 8 weeks of the pre-order window closing, as fabric is ordered once the window closes.
- Ready to ship pieces: dispatched within 1 week.
If your order contains items with different lead times, we will send everything together once the last piece is ready, unless you ask us otherwise.

- Standard delivery: £4.99
- Express delivery: £6.99
International orders
Orders outside the UK are sent with FedEx or DHL. Import duties and taxes are included in your total at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives. Postage is calculated at checkout, and delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days once your order is dispatched.
Delivery times begin once your order is dispatched. Choosing express speeds up the postage only; it does not shorten the time it takes to make your piece.
Tracking
We will email you when your order has been dispatched, with tracking details where available.
Delays
If your piece is going to take longer than expected, we will let you know by email as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived or arrives damaged, email contact@rosethorns.co.uk with your order number and we will help put it right.
