About these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed through rosethorns.co.uk. Rose Thorns is run by Hannah Thorn. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our pieces
Rose Thorns garments are handmade in small numbers, most of them after you order. Because each piece is cut and sewn by hand, small variations in print placement, colour and finish are part of its character and are not faults. Colours may also appear slightly different on your screen than in person.

Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when payment has been taken and we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if fabric for a print has run out, in which case we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment
Prices are set in pounds sterling. If you’re shopping from outside the UK, you’ll see prices in your local currency, including any import duties and taxes, so the total at checkout is everything you pay. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

Lead times and delivery
Estimated making and dispatch times are shown on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates, and we will keep you informed if anything changes.

Custom orders
Custom options, such as bespoke skirt lengths, must be agreed with us in writing before you order. Custom pieces cannot be returned unless faulty, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Care
Please follow the care instructions on each product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing or caring for a piece in a way that goes against those instructions.

Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Intellectual property
All Rose Thorns designs, prints, photographs and written content belong to Rose Thorns and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
