How long will my order take?
It depends on how the item is made, this is shown on each product page.
- Collection releases: 4–6 weeks
- Made to order: 4–6 weeks
- Pre-order: 6–8 weeks from the pre-order closing date
- Ready to ship: dispatched within 1 week
What's the difference between made to order and pre-order?
Made-to-order pieces are produced using fabric already held in stock. Pre-order pieces use fabric not currently in stock, it's ordered in after the pre-order window closes, which is why the lead time is longer.
A print I want is out of stock. What now?
If a fabric has sold out for made-to-order, the listing will say so and link directly to that print on the Pre-Order page, along with the estimated 6–8 week lead time.
What is Ready to Ship?
Finished pieces ready to dispatch without a made-to-order or pre-order wait. This may include samples, returned pieces in sellable condition, one-offs, test garments, or pieces made from in-stock fabric.

How do I pick my size?
Compare your measurements to the size chart and choose the size closest to your waist (corset) or bust (dresses). Between sizes: size down for the corset, size up for the dresses. If you're still unsure, you can always ask, we're happy to advise.
Can I get a custom length?
Custom skirt lengths are available on request for the Ophelia and Eloise. Please send us a message before ordering to discuss options and availability.
How do I care for my corset?
Spot clean where possible. If needed, hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, don't wring or twist, reshape while damp, air dry away from heat. No machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.
How do I care for my dress?
Turn inside out, machine wash on cool/gentle with mild detergent, air dry. No tumble drying as this can damage the cotton and lace trim.
What sleeve options does the Eloise have?
Elasticated puff sleeve (standard) or non-elasticated loose sleeve, both with black lace trim.
